How do you get rid of mold on bathroom walls. Let it sit for 30 minutes. A bleach solution also works to kill mold. Mix one cup of bleach in a gallon of water apply to the surface and don t rinse. Because vinegar is a natural deodorizer once it dries the bathroom will not just look better it will smell better too.
Remove mold stains from walls. Pour 3 concentration hydrogen peroxide into a spray bottle and saturate the moldy surface. To get rid of the current bathroom mold scrub with detergent and water then let the surface dry completely. Rinse with warm water.
Or use a solution of 10 percent bleach and 90 percent water a stronger bleach solution will not give better results. Use a spray bottle to saturate the moldy area with white vinegar. Mix a solution of one part bleach to three parts water in a spray bottle and thoroughly saturate the moldy areas of the wall. Plain white vinegar is a mild acid it kills mold and mildew and makes the environment less hospitable for further growth.
Spray again let sit for an additional 30 minutes. Scrub with a brush. Start by using a mixture of 50 50 white vinegar and water. Open a window and or keep a fan running.
When adding soap to the mixture be sure to rinse after application. Let it sit for ten minutes then scrub the area until the mold comes loose. You can also add a little dish soap to the bleach mixture to help the bleach penetrate porous surfaces such as grout.
