Honda Door Lock Actuator Screws Stuck

The latch assembly gets corroded and when the pull lever cannot return fully to the rest position the latch assembly will not operate. Remove this screw and unhook the tabs holding the black plastic housing for the actuator. Remove the single screw in the middle of the gold plate taking care to note the position orientation of the small locking lever. A rod connects the actuator to the latch and another rod connects the latch to the knob that sticks up out of the top of the door.
